I cant weigh under 260, i just feel unhealthy, like im starving myself, and since i havent trained chest bench hitting bar and locking out for over 20 years, yes it is difficult to just start training that way, from here out i vouch to do one chest touch and lockout bench every other week, that way I stay conditioned for sanctioned style lifts, not that it matters but you guys on the board give me motivation, each time i go train i get more psyched up because i look around myself at the gyms i go to, and say i wonder if any of these fellas are on getbig................lo l..............

That's the mental aspect I was referring to.   Break that barrier and drop the weight that does nothing for you, outside of stressing your body.

after shoulder surgery you shouldn't be fucking about trying to throw weights over your shoulder for no apparent reason.

yeah bad shoulders can impact your whole workout, i have a buddy he cant even train heavy bc of bad shoulder, definitely a factor

I have a 50% tear in my rotator cuf tendon. Upright rows are impossible. Even with an unloaded bar.
