Congrats on your gym and best wishes for success.

But chiropractic?

Chiropractic has ZERO basis in science.  It is nonsense.

You are risking your health with those violent "adjustments".

Read about the origins of chiropractic.  It is total made up BS.

"D. D. Palmer founded chiropractic in the 1890s,[23] after saying he received it from "the other world",[24] and his son B. J. Palmer helped to expand it in the early 20th century.[23] Throughout its history, chiropractic has been controversial.[25][26] Its foundation is at odds with mainstream medicine, and has been sustained by pseudoscientific ideas such as subluxation and innate intelligence.[27] Despite the overwhelming evidence that vaccination is an effective public health intervention, among chiropractors there are significant disagreements over the subject,[28] which has led to negative impacts on both public vaccination and mainstream acceptance of chiropractic."

spouts “science” then links Wikipedia. 🤣

I expect to get harassed personally on getbig cuz that’s the fun of this place. Yea I’ve gotten old. So I won’t defend myself but laugh right along with you all. But I’ll defend Chiro. It’s the best.  Darren had major problems when we met. Horrible pain. All better now.

Also. I’ll only defend Chiro on here briefly. Been there done that. Not worth my time to do that.

If your body gets out of wack and you need an adjustment, I recommend you make an appointment with a DO rather than a chiropractor. It's 'one and done' instead of a lifetime of bi-weekly and expensive manipulations. A good massage can work wonders as well.

Are you a chiropractor Slik?

I thought you were the bearded guy getting his neck cranked.

Here's another source for learning about the nonsense of chiropractic.

You can't make this stuff up.

How come whenever I went to a chiro, no matter what the issue seemed to be, they always did the same types of adjustments?

Eventually it seemed like rest did just as good a job.

Agree 100%. I NEED my Chiro (you’ve met him) and have used him for over 10 years. During my prep I threw out my SI that effected my QL. Like a dummy I tried to work through it thinking I just pearced my piraformis when I was pinning. Went on for a couple of weeks. Finally I went to my chiro, measured my hips and one side was off by an inch and half screwing my gait and excruciating paid when I squatted. A few treatments later I was back to normal. Now it’s just once a week maintenance

Every time I`ve ever been to the Chiropractor I left feeling awesome.

Much better than the pain I was in when I got there.
