My get big and cut diet.  always worked for me and i just started last week after almost a year of down time due to surgery.

I do mix it up n substitute


breakfast
1 and 1/3 cup of oats eaten out of a cup raw with water and and wash it down w bug gulps of water
1 small carton of raw egg whites
some kind of fruit

protein drink in between or another raw egg white

lunch or dinner
1/2 pound of pasta or equivalent rice
1/2 bag of fat free kraft mozz
half jar of classico pasta sauce nearly fat free
Chicken breast

mid aft
half of the big size fat free cottage cheese (breakstone usually)
half can of in juice pineapples

dinner
1/2 lb of pasta or rice equivalent
Huge salad w fat free dressing
chicken breast


Late night
other half of cottage cheese with other half of pineapple can

huge bowl of fat free popped corn with either water sparyed on it n salt sub or i cant believe its not butter spray

When i wake up in the middle of the night I drink another egg drink or a fat free protein drink.

I don't limit salt n pretty much have pickels w lunch n dnner every time.

By the way. the op is prolly a gimmick but wutever

basically i try to eat one pound of pasta or rice equivalent
around 2 pounds of chick breast
one tub of cottage cheese
3 egg or protein drinks
bunch of veggies oh and apples for the ruffage so u do not become constipated.

i do sub fish too n other stuff but this is my basic m building get cut diet

Weak - the only way to do that exercise is in full plank and have opposite leg and arm extended at the same time for 30 seconds at a hold.

Sort of but no forearm support - just hand.

Go in pushup position.  Lift opposite arm and leg and hold for 30 seconds or more each.

Been natural/drug free my whole life. Never saw the point as I haven't competed nor was I making any money off my body. Have kept myself in great shape though for years due to strict food habits, consistent training and cardio. I won't lie, being 28 now, I am definitely open to TRT in 10 years or so, should I need it.
