make no mistake this diet will wipe the floor with any pre contest diet you've done- I know. I've done them all. designed them for people. this is not my first bbq. thats why i can say with absolute certainty this system will get the user into contest day shape in literally half the time of conventional diets.
some people want what works better, faster and more efficiently, without cardio, without t3, fat burners and stimulant usage. they want results for their efforts, not something rooted in archaia and inefficiency.
your happy dieting for 12-16 weeks to get in shape. doing cardio. feeding your body calories it neither needs not utilizes properly.
me, I'd rather not do any of that. id rather diet for 4 weeks drop 6% bf and not do cardio. id rather eat ice cream and pizza every 4 days. this diet is for those people. you do it your way, I'll do it mine. nobody's forcing anyone to do anything here. but the fact you don't see anyone waking around at sub5% year round speaks volumes about the efficacy of 'conventional diets'.
