Bro that was my first set of my chest workout I did go down to 3 plates each side did the shit for 37 reps, I don't do no pussy light weight every set, there's a differ eve in workin out like most people do and putting it a on the line an training like a muthafucking crazed beast, if your so fucking big and strong get your ass up under the weight and press it, all of you lets see your videos of you moving the weight and lifting it, if you can't post the video or lift it, quit talking shit, the way you fuckers train...there's a differ eve in you think your working out and lifting and actually training hard core, post your videos, man up and quit typing on a message board and get in the gym and lift the shit!
