no intention in stopping. gal figures we a a half percentage or so off each other. hes no where near tapping out and neither am i. we were both talking about how remarkably 'easy' for lack of a better word to keep going lower. theres no mental/ physical fatigue like with most diets that not only dont allow you to get much lower after a point, but even hold that shape. once you get to say 5< then all thats left really is to focus on your build itself- 'shaping' it into what you want (which everyone says is impossible) but its not. you can create new tissue while at ultra low bf levels- and focus on 'placing' it where you want.
i'll never be done to be truthful i dont think. once you 'see' your potential, and that goal you've always had is achievable rather than 'impossible' its very highly motivating. plus chasing the Legend himself is good times. we push each other nicely.
