He's like one of those balloons; he just huffs into his thumb and gets bigger. When I saw pics of him a few months ago I didn't think that he was even going to be able to get out there without embarrassing himself. In this pic, he looks pretty good. Not great, but he'll deserve to be out there.

This is the essential despair of the natty. These guys will put on more muscle in 4 months than I will in my entire life. Maybe 2 lives.

Levrone was the king of that saw him at like 12 wks out and he was around 210 I believe, come Olympia time almost and he's benching 500 for reps and weighs in the 250's shredded

In the photos from the show (for the casual muscle mag buyer and site skimmer), Jay will be smiling, looking diced, and fans will love it.

in the comparison shots (for the REAL fans), Jay will be COMPLETELY outmuscled by Kai and Phil.
