Thats not that many calories really at all.  That amount of calories will get you ripped for sure.   

Here is what I had today

4 servings of Blue Bell Butter Crunch Ice Cream
6 Banana Split Oreo Cookies
2 Lemon Oreo Cookies
1 Lime Chobani Greek Yogurt
Large Buttermilk Biscuit
Half of Deep Fried Chicken
6 Cucumbers
6 Tomatoes

I still have more calories left.

I lied, I use whey in the morning because I have no appetite and PWO.


Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana in blender.

Meal 2: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

Pre Workout Drink

Meal 3: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana

Meal 4: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps, muilt-vit

Meal 5: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

Total Protein = 300 Grams - 1200 cals
Total Carbs = 360 Grams - 1440 cals
Total Fat = 55 Grams - 495 cals

Total Cals = 3,095


*Cals are closer to 2800 at the moment. Looks more like 300 grams protein, 300 grams carbs, 50 grams fat.

See, that's hardcore. I am betting that you don't even season it much. There's a fitness contestant chick in my office and she refers to her food as "fuel". Basically doesn't give a fuck what it tastes like.

I would prefer that mindset, but the rest of my family would mutiny.

I am around 6 percent at 167.6 lbs.  For me that is the best I have ever looked.  Everyone thinks I am 200 plus though.  Its quite amusing.

Beef. ive been eating 6-8oz top sirloin every night for months... lost 55 lbs so far and still coming off.

No, I eat my chicken with a little hot sauce and BBQ sauce actually. The oats are the better oats brand that come in flavors and shit. I eat clean, but I dont eat like some uptight twat. lol.

When I used to diet hardcore long ago, I did the same thing. It was far easier to microwave a cup of oats for every meal than to cook pans full of rice. But man, it burned me out fast. I was single then and could handle it.

Now that Im married? Forget it, don't have the time, drive, or desire anymore.

i eat like shit, out of laziness. although i must say i am going to be cleaning up my diet for no other reason than the fact that i enjoy the cooking/prepping. I mean I'd rather cook a nice new york steak and come home to a fresh green salad, then drive through wendy's or some shit.

Believe what you want.  2500 calories a day is plenty to get me ripped.  I do not need anymore or any less.  I eat that day in day out for months.  It works.

2500 cals of this kind of empty calorie food is nothing. the total weight of the food you take in must be tiny. i bet you shit once a week and it looks like a shoelace when you finally push that garbage diet out.

Yeah, I know it's not overly much. I literally haven't even counted the calories, I have no idea where they're at. I just know they're fairly far below my requirements. Lol. Anymore I just try to eyeball it and get it close, I don't obsess over the macro's and the "must have exact calories for maintenence and then subtract 500, or 10x bw, or whatever
