Lost around 22lbs

I lost a few pounds of water in the first week so it was a gradual loss after that.
I can still fluctuate 6lbs in a day
I was 207 at my lowest and am 213 this minute.
Will be around 209 in the morning.

Edit for tedim Im 5'10

I was around 230-35 when I started dieting.
