31, yep, for the photoshoot i strictly dieted for 6 days to get as much water out as possible, other 359 days is mostly protein from fish, eggs and meat (chicken(whole not just breast), pork, beef) try to eat more fish instead of meat, and some amino acids in tablet form(usually first thing in the morning with a couple of bananas and after training with raisins), no whey powders for me), don't eat over 150 g per day
carbs i get from fruits, veggies and rice
fats some omega 3 in liquid form and from food
