Great non existent chest... 
Don't know if you can spot the partial right pec tear but I can't train my chest like I used to. Most of my chestwork comes from boxing bag work and push ups. I loved heavy lifting esp, heavy benching and was decent at it. Suffered a partial tear in my right pec at the MT junction last summer, end of June. Prior to tear I could 1rm 355 lbs at 185lb morning, two days later fucked up "big time' trying to 1RM 365 lbs.

bigmc, the thickness comes with 1% more bodyfat, not rows,lol, try eating no carbs for so long, get down to this spetacular bodyfatlevel and see what happens to thickness.
also kinda genetics, nah, i got pics soemwhere where im bit fatter, and dont remember, after carbo load or just lots food, thickness comes.
i know, you yourself havent been shredded yet in the life, let alone competition level bodyfat, but you go to gym where couple ppl compete,right?
have you see what happens to the thickness when they get totaly lean and deplete?
all flat and stuff, ill post the pics some day, but not in a hurry, me i prefer the rock hard look.
Thanks man, especially coming from you. I find fast carbs, aka breads / pastries and sugary stuff bloat me up super fast. The worst bloater has to be alchool, regardless if its beer or hard liquor.
