Personally i think Skip is just a good guy. He's a hard worker both in the gym and in business. He doesn't get caught up in the nasty side of bodybuilding.

And he's never killed anyone, stuffed in a trunk and set them on fire. So he's got that going for him.

I worked with skip earlier this year. I respect him for his work ethic and drive... only person I've ever met with as much damn drive as I have.

Shawn was a great pro, had a lot of good O finishes... but without gear, well, we see what he looks like now. Hell, they're about the same age, right? Who looks better now? Who will look better at 50?

Shawn Ray looks the way he does now cause he wants to. At one point people realize theres more to life than physical appearance. Shawn would smoke Lacour anywhere and anytime with or without gear. Shawn is a freak.........look at his pics as a kid.

He says he doesn't take drugs. He's never failed a drug test. He has primarily competed in drug tested shows. In non drug tested shows he has placed but it was clear to everyone that his physique was drug free (there is a distinct look when you take drugs I think we will all agree), no one has ever claimed to have supplied him drugs.

Are you basing this solely on the fact that he makes you look like shit?

Well, I for one have always had a great deal for Skip as a person. As an Athlete I gained even more respect for him. Skip is one of themost intellegent Bodybuilders Pro or Amateur that I have had the pleasure of working with.
I believe he is Drug Free when he says it, there is nothing for him to gain by saying that but I have never asked him to prove it why?
That being said, visit Skips web site, he reveals everything for you guys to follow to help you Nutritionally and Training wise.
Sadly, there are knuckleheads on this board who wont read, try or practice some very laid out guidelines Skip shares to follow in order to look the way Skip does.
I personally, haven't trained since early in March of 2005 by choice.
After 21 years without a break, to be able to make the transition into Fatherhood, New Job position, new house and not competing it is nice to finally relax.
It stands to reason I would not look as I did, heck I have been retired from competition for 5 years!
