This bouncer is going to jail and will be paying a lot of money to the guy, the guy was on the sidewalk not in the club and the bouncer attacked the guy first plus you can see from the video that he has martial arts training so his hands will be considered to be weapons under the law, man he is in some serious trouble. All he had to do once he clinched with the guy was to put him in a guillotine or standing side choke and he could have put the guy to sleep with no harm done i always tell bouncers at the gym that brazilian jiu jitsu is the best art to train because you can put down a guy without getting into trouble with the law.
I thought I heard French accents. Do they even have law suits in France or Quebec? I tried to watch the tape carefully. It seems the club patron was trying to use a hip throw as in Uki Goshi in Judo. So he had some grappling experience. The big bouncer uses the correct defense in lifting him.
This. I ran security myself. I would have fired him for being a dumb cowboy. The moment someone is off the premises they aren't our problem anymore. A good doorman..and a good bouncer..never fight and people like them.
Ok Daulton
Dalton would have ended that with ease
Ah....never saw that stupid movie
Probably on AMC, right now. One of those so-bad-it's-good movies.
It's a Patrick Swayze thing. I just can't deal with that douche. Talk about Punchable Face Syndrome.
You can't be a man, and especially be a man who lifts weights and not have seen Roadhouse, its up there with Commando, Predator, Enter The Dragon, Bloodsport etc in the top of the kickass test driven movies.
It seems like grappling in a "real life" fight like that is a bad idea. While this bouncer had the guy in a choke the other fighter could have stuck him with a knife multiple times in the body. In an uncontrolled environment you never know what the other guy has on him. Seems to me its better to stay back and throw fists.
most fights end in wrestling matchesits a self preservation instinct
Seems more like getting tired as hell is more like it. Some of these professional fighter must have some of the best endurance of any athlete out there. Not to mention your adrenaline is pumping to increase your heart rate even more.
if someone is throwing hay makers at youmost people will try and grab them hence the wrestling match
This. The vast majority of people. ..IE not hardened fighters...will try to close the gap as to not get punched in the face.
