when i trained on budget backbone of my diet was was following:

Meal one
4 eggs, 100g of rice, milk or acid milk

Meal two

4 eggs, 100g of rice, milk or acid milk
Meal three

4 eggs, 100g of rice, milk or acid milk
cottage chesse


and i did this shit for months, sometimes switched eggs with chicken liver. and worked in home made gym from wood and suitable metal objects.

I sometimes laugh at all that warrior bodybuilding videos and their "hard" bodybuilding life.

This sure was intense

Usually have two whole eggs a day as part of my breakfast.
Most I've had in one day I think was 12 whole eggs.

I had a dream about killing a chicken.  Not in a mean way or anything.  I was raising them and they had good lives but this one was going to be for dinner and I was going to use every part so I didn't feel terribly bad about it.  I felt a sense of gratitude toward him, but still some regret.  What bothered me most is I didn't have a plan for the bare bones after boiling them for stock.

Is there a use for chicken bones?

Ten per day on a fairly consistent basis, years ago. It worked. Max ever in a day? 18-20 I would guess.

If I'm out I generally don't eat til 11 am for that very reason.

So many breakfast meals are centered around eggs so I've always pretty much skipped breakfast.

I used to eat a dozen a day. Half raw and half hard boiled. Today, I don't eat any.

I eat 3 or 4 in the morning with some bacon bits mixed in a pan and fried.

Its a fucking chore TBH, im not all that keen on eggs.
