stick a raw egg up your ass then bust it when it gets deep. gets the protein to the muscle faster that way

I had a dream about killing a chicken. Not in a mean way or anything. I was raising them and they had good lives but this one was going to be for dinner and I was going to use every part so I didn't feel terribly bad about it. I felt a sense of gratitude toward him, but still some regret. What bothered me most is I didn't have a plan for the bare bones after boiling them for stock.Is there a use for chicken bones?
