I didnt see shit from dbol or deca, but im seeing amazing results from tiny amounts of Treb Ace.

you need to stop pussyfooting around and do it, youre using a lot of toxic and inefficient compounds because youre scared of injecting.

I say 5000 mg a day of Dbol, 20000 cc's of injectable's and 4 winstrol tablets everyday to take you to Mr O to come in 20th place.

classic bodybuilding might be worth a shot though

it has a weight limit based on height and for me max stage weight would be 86 kg, right now i'm a massive 75.5 kg lol

of course a stage weight of 86 kg (cut and dry) is a big jump from 75.5 kg @ 8-9%

what was your stage weight when you competed, and how tall are you?

I don't now the weight I was in heavyweights if you dont look worth a shit it doesnt matter, I am 6'2" my doctor's nurse told me before I started looking up her dress.

Organic.peanut butter is 100% raw peanuts ...the supermarket verion is roasted peanuts. Many other "natural" brands are.not 100% raw peanuts. Easily to.recognize it.due to.oil on.top

I never did Superdrol and don't know anyone else who did either, so I don't know how effective it is from personal experience. But everyone on the boards says it's very strong.

Never saw anyone not respond to dbol. If they didn't respond very well to dbol they didn't respond to anything else either. Very very effective and fast acting compound. Personally, 50mg of dbol (350mg/week) is as good or better than 2 grams of test or more. It's just very potent per mg.

I've done dbol with var and I liked it. But that "class" theory of Roberts' is BS... that stack works because you are taking in more steroids, not because dbol works through some non-receptor pathway and var does.

When you've done test, tren and dbol, preferably stacked the three, you have basically seen what steroids will do for you. That stack will pretty much max you out at around 1500mg total per week. If that doesn't work nothing's going to work. To make major gains after that you have to do gh and insulin.

I know someone with pretty fair genetics who is doing classic bb for his first show soon (84kg class). From what I saw last I seen him, he will easily make weight. If shredded a few kg under. He's done test, tren, dbol, anadrol, insulin, gh, etc. Even classic bb is pretty damn big if shredded at weight limit and takes a good amounts of pharmaceuticals for most.

Well, needle phobia is a pretty big obstacle for some. Some tough guys almost faint at the sight of a needle. It's not rational but phobias usually aren't. :D My advice to dj is to just let someone jab you once, then do it once yourself. After that it's no big deal usually even if they don't exactly enjoy it. I've heard many stories of newbies sitting and shaking and sweating looking at the needle for half an hour before injecting for the first time. :D

He doesn't necessarily need test but it's good for adding milligrams without toxing out the body. After all, it's natural. :D

So cite your references, should be easy. Cite a currently used textbook (so the data it bases its recommendations on is current). Recommendations evolve as more and more research is done. You don't think the government bases its recommendations on scientific data and that the universities use completely different data in their textbooks? You write a lot of shit but always refuse to back it up. Please, just for once, give me something, show me what you base your claims on. Just give me the name of the textbook and I will look it up myself.

I guess you wouldn't consider the WHO's recommendations as scientific either? They basically arrive at 0.83g/kg/day.
