I know the Blazers are a big suprise this year but I think it's interesting to note theat they have beaten the Spurs, Pacers and the Thunder. You could throw Golden State in there too.

Funny how the media hasn't made a big deal bout them.

Yeah not really. I heard one sports guy say they look lik top 4 in the west. But I'll even admit its still early but also they have played enough games its not just a lucky start. Neal Olshey should get GM of the year IMO.

if it was a eastern conference team it would be all over ESPN, when I get a chance I listen to First take espn, not a mention of the blazers. they deserve praise, then again, they have no pressure, Im happy for calzilla and Portland.

I will reserve judgement till All star break. Its tough to come back from that injury and no match fitness.

Kobe and team mates and all who seen it said there is some rust. Also he needs to learn how to play with these guys.

His going to abandon that team calfzilla, I know that much. by xmas I think he will totally go all out and then will see how he is, he WILL be a step or 2 slower. but I have been wrong.

35 yrs old, Achilles injury, his human. fuck the nicknames and the past, as long as he can shoot a decent jumper he should be ok, but athletic kobe is not what im expecting nor is he or the lakers expecting.. Let's see.

He is always a great topic, so its good to have him back..Rose can go away.

He looked ok.  A little rusty.  First shot was a hook air ball.  Showed some flashes.  Just needs to get his "sea legs."  I think he'll be fine.

There is no discussion for the Eastern conference. The Pacers will face the Heat yet again.

Pacers looking like they can beat Miami and go to the NBA Finals this year.  Wade and Bosh don't look like they are what they used to be.  One question....Are the Pacers peaking too early?

Pacers look good, Miami will fix them up in the playoffs, if wade is injured or slowing down then lebron needs to bring his A+ game nightly.

I believe in Miami.
