« on: November 01, 2013, 08:17:16 AM »
The inner game of Bodybuilding(or any Sport)
Frank zane was well known for his Zen Approach, claiming "concentration means success"
Peter siegel worked with Tom Platz with self-hypnosis techniques. The concentration i learned in Aikido and other disciplines help me too in my Training. Arnold was well known for his mind games with his fellow competitors. what is your Inspiration and Motivation to be better?
