He may not of been necessarily lying, it was probably hand timed, there is no way a white man above 200 pounds can run a 10.6.  I coached part time at a high school football program and  would clock kids running the 40 in 4.6,  when we would get to the SPARQ combine  these times would turn into your typical 4.8.

no I'm not a friend, more like an aquaintance but I haven't seen him in years especially since I'm not in the bodybuilding scene anymore
yes he was pretty small at his first show but he was about 16 years old if I remember well so it's pretty normal in those circumstances. he has good legs even at his first show and posed with more confidence than anybody at that show.

great genetics as far as muscle mass goes
