how s the gym going vinny? Admit it it s just an idea that you childishly bragged about that never took off right? Why not admit it. Come on.

I still have all the equipment I purchased in storage...Coach actually recommended a bunch of stuff for me in fact....all I'd have to do is rent a spot, paint the walls and move everything in.  However, the market in Sylva is just not ready for a PT facility.....in fact I'm not even doing any personal training anymore because there's a lack of any interest.  The one that's currently open is up for sale which should tell you something.

You want to spend more than $1,200 to have Goodrum's sloppy seconds? What's wrong with you?

When you put it that way it doesn't sound like such a good idea.

Ramen Noodles actually don't have as much sodium as you think....unless you drink the broth that you flavor the noodles with....even then you can simply leave out the flavor pack.  I go to the doctor twice a year and my blood pressure levels are fine for my age.  In any event, the amount of sodium in ramen noodles is nothing compared to a meal at a fast food restaurant...even Subway.  Ramen noodles are good for you.  Personally I like to throw some frozen vegetables, grilled chicken or beef strips in the mix for a nice one bowl meal....practically the clean-up is non-existant

Momofuku Ando, the creator of those instant noodles ate a bowl of his noodles every day of his life and lived to be 96 years old
Dude, you are so full of it, you are one delusional person...

Also,  Ando has different genetics than American blacks, and that is if you even believe that claim
And chances are things have been changed from once he invented it.

And of course you'd say that your blood pressure is ok, you would never admit to something being wrong.
And what about your mental health? Oh, you are just fine...come on now.
You consistently get things wrong, consistently start up businesses that fail and now claim that ramen noodles don't have as much sodium as one thinks, even though it is printed on the container.

Ramen Noodles have less salt than a small fry at McDonalds....and who just orders a small fry.  Ramen Noodles can be a pretty clean, healthy and versatile meal.  Like I said, I'll usually only use half or none of the flavor pack and substitute with Mrs Dash Salt Free Lemon, add frozen vegetables while cooking, and finish with grilled chicken, beef strips, or shrimp .....its a no brainer.

Caliber fitness made a 188 dollars last year, but vince is doing ok, living in a trailer park is cheap plus he gets food stamps and collect coupons and whatever he finds in the garbage, when you combine all of that together he wont starve from hunger.

Leaving aside the fact that this is the textbook definition of the term "anecdotal evidence" I must ask: did he "create" these instant noodles right after he was born and demand that he be fed with his invention? Because otherwise, he didn't eat a bowl of noodles every day of his life.

The majority of the sodium is from the flavor pack...the noodles itself don't have much.   If you have an issue with sodium then don't use the flavor pack and put something else in it....

188k in sales is much much different than the dollars taken in after tax, but in all fairness its probably t 20% mimimum markup so he made a gross to himself of at least 36k

Vince said 188k in revenue. Completely different from sales.

No, I'm not eating ramen noodles 24/7.  I use them when a meal that I'm making requires it.

If you know what I ate for brunchtoday.....here you go....Greek Chicken Crepe with stuffed with goat cheese, olives, and peppers grown locally...antibotic free-range chicken as well.  Side of chips with fresh made salsa, root beer brewed down the street in Sylva at Heinzelmannchen Brewery and a glass of Tarraza's Chardonnay.
