Ramen Noodles actually don't have as much sodium as you think....unless you drink the broth that you flavor the noodles with....even then you can simply leave out the flavor pack. I go to the doctor twice a year and my blood pressure levels are fine for my age. In any event, the amount of sodium in ramen noodles is nothing compared to a meal at a fast food restaurant...even Subway. Ramen noodles are good for you. Personally I like to throw some frozen vegetables, grilled chicken or beef strips in the mix for a nice one bowl meal....practically the clean-up is non-existant
Momofuku Ando, the creator of those instant noodles ate a bowl of his noodles every day of his life and lived to be 96 years old
Dude, you are so full of it, you are one delusional person...
Also, Ando has different genetics than American blacks, and that is if you even believe that claim
And chances are things have been changed from once he invented it.
And of course you'd say that your blood pressure is ok, you would never admit to something being wrong.
And what about your mental health? Oh, you are just fine...come on now.
You consistently get things wrong, consistently start up businesses that fail and now claim that ramen noodles don't have as much sodium as one thinks, even though it is printed on the container.
