I understand your point. What I'm saying is the whole situation was kicked off by a false narrative and that's what's keeping it alive. The whole justice for trayvon business is stupid. Most of those people don't do shit about the problems in their community but will march their asses off over the death of one person but only if that person was killed by someone who isn't of their color. It seems like one giant exercise in self deception. Nothing but bread and circuses.
the false narrative is your perspective (shared by others of course) but you have to admit that many others see the known facts pointing to the conclusion that Zimmerman falsely profiled, stalked, confronted and ultimately shot an unarmed kid who was doing nothing wrong
we have had endless debates on who stared the fight and we will never know the truth and no one (other than Zimm) can say for sure what part of that narrative (if any) is false or not
We also know that if Zimm had followed the instructions of the cops to stay in the car that this never would have happened
