the false narrative is your perspective (shared by others of course) but you have to admit that many others see the known facts pointing to the conclusion that Zimmerman falsely profiled, stalked, confronted and ultimately shot an unarmed kid  who was doing nothing wrong

As soon as the ghost of emmet til was raised from his grave by the likes of Sharpton and Jackson and compared to trayvon as if their cases are even remotely similar, it became clear the narrative of white vs black was what this was going to be all about.  That somehow trayvon is yet another example of a long history of racial injustices and that his death has some greater meaning is ludicrous.  The fact that Holder and Obama had to involve themselves in this case only furthered the false narrative by providing it an air of authoritative legitimacy.

I don't think it would have gone to trial if Trayvon hadn't been black to be honest. Not saying it's right or wrong, but race was obviously a part of why it got any attention and went to trial in the first place.

yup it was as obvious a case as was presented in the trial, it should have never have went that far and they only reason it did was b/c of race hustling

Don't get me wrong... I don't think he's innocent. I think he followed a kid and got punched for it, then turned into a punk bitch and shot the kid, but I admit that it wasn't a crime to follow him.

He did cause the circumstances though.

It's like being an innocent in a war zone... If you're in the war zone, you're probably not completely innocent.
