These guys are fast and dynamic but they usually can't throw the ball into the ocean. I watched Cam Newton the other days vs the Cardinals and he was missing open receivers all day. I'm not sure if you're just stating your opinion on running QBs or implying that Winston is a runner. If it's the latter, he's not a runner. He mostly does it when he's in trouble. He had 67 yards rushing this season.

I disagree. He will end up being one of the best backup quarterbacks the Winnipeg Blue Bombers ever had.

How can a record breaking, national champion, Heisman winning quarterback who went 27-1 in his college career develop any more on the football field? I get that you mean the character concerns, but I don't think another year in college would improve his mental makeup. That's in his low-hairline/Hebrew DNA

She got into a cab with 3 dudes to go back to their apartment after just meeting him at a bar a few hours earlier. Also, they found Winston's semen along with other semen that turned out to be another football player from a different school.

I don't know the list of high level NFL quarterbacks who declared after their sophomore year but I doubt it is very long.

Even Luck and Manning stuck around an extra year when they could have easily went into the draft and been drafted very high.

That plus the lack of maturity is a cause for concern.

Succeeding as an NFL quarterback is a tough, tough job.

Winston comes back for another year and shows he's grown up a bit? Okay, maybe I'm a little more interested.

You make a good point. I mean, I understood why he left. Anybody in their right mind would after all he's done in 2 years, but it definitely looks more attractive to NFL teams staying another year and give yourself more time to mature mentally but those guys you mentioned arent 'brews. We're dealing with a 'brew here.
