Yep, Nash was a college basketball player until he got hurt. He would've been good in the NBA.

FLEX magazine is full of shit. I've personally seen Greg at 440 lbs, at the Pro Invitationals. Greg is 360 lbs RIPPED! Even at 400 lbs, he's still relatively lean. He's the most massive human being, who ever lived. I've said it before and I'm saying it again:Ronnie ain't nothing but a peanut, next to him.(bad grammar on purpose, to copy Ronnie)

In the side chest, yeah, but not the back double biceps. Bob's back is better. Mustaffa's seperation in his hams and glutes is awesome, as in his bis, delts. He just needs more lower back thickness.

Were you there at an official weigh-in, to confirm Kovacs' weight? Or do you have an official transcript, stating his weight?

In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter. Mass isn't Kovacs' problem; it's symmetry and proportion. Until he fixes that, it doesn't matter how much he weighs ripped. He will continue to place in the pack.

Lou Ferrigno outweighed Dorian Yates at the 1993 Olympia by about 60 lbs. Yates finished first; Ferrigo placed 10th.

twice 270...errr..yup, 400 lbs  ;D

Yo Paki! I take it you flunked basic Algebra. 50% more than 270 lbs is 405 lbs. Twice 270 translates to a 100% increase, in other words 540 lbs.

You just agreed with my points. Bodybuilding is about muscle volume, balancedly distributed in a symmetrical frame. Kovacs is gigantic because he's tall, with a gargantuan frame. He may walk onstage ripped at 360 lbs, but when you take into account his height and the diameter of his bones, he actually carries far less mass than Ronnie or Dorian. As an example, Gunther and Kickinger come in as heavy or heavier than Ronnie on contest day, but no argues the fact that Ronnie is more muscular. Also, the large joints of big-framed men take away from their visual volume, making them appear smaller than they truly are.

The point of this thread, though, is not about muscularity, but rather sheer size and strengh. If you asked who's the most MUSCULAR human being who ever lived, then the answer would be either Ronnie or Dorian. One of the two. In terms of sheer size and strengh, however, Kovacs dwarfes both Ronnie and Dorian. Kovacs still has visible abs at a weight of 400 lbs and even at 440 lbs, he's still not fat, even though he has no definition at that weight.

Unless you demonstrate that Ronnie can do front military presses with five plates a side for 12 reps, or incline dumbbell press 300 lbs dumbbells for 7, or incline barbell press seven plates a side for 10, or squat 9 plates side for 5 and leg press 2 200 lbs for 25, you have no business comparing him to Kovacs. The only comparison possible is in the dead-lift, at which they are roughly equal in strengh. I don't think many of you guys truly understand and/or appreciate what these numbers mean: the fact that Kovacs can do front military barbell presses with five plates a side, incline dumbbell press 300 lbs dumbbells and incline barbell press seven plates a side, all for several reps, and weight 400 lbs with visible abs, makes him the only Human who can compete, with silverback gorillas, in size and strengh. Only with the smallest and weakest of silverbacks, mind you, but still... (the difference in size and strengh, between Kovacs and the largest silverbacks, is greater than that between Kovacs and Shawn Ray). So there. ;)

Unfortunately, bodybuilding contests no longer have weightlifting components to them. Therefore, how much Kovacs can lift, compared to his fellow IFBB pros is irreveleant. I stick with my reference from FLEX that had Kovacs weighing 325 at the Arnold Classic.

Truth be told, Kovacs looked his best at the show where he turned pro about a decade ago, the 1996 Canadian Nationals, where he was listed at 302 lbs.

At his pro debut, the 1997 Night of Champions, he weighed 318 but was as smooth as a baby's behind, which resulted in his placing in the pack.

Even if Kovacs weighed 360, from the looks of his physique, the only place the extra muscle went was his waist. That, in turn, makes him look even SMALLER than he did in 1996. And to top it all off, his skin looked terrible at the Classic; whereas, he looked much healther at the Canadian Championships.

Once again, you are agreeing with me:as a bodybuilder, Kovacs sucks. However, I must warn that Kovacs does weight 360 lbs, at 6% bodyfat. He is a terrible bodybuilder, yet what a colossus of a man.

Ok guys, this is the bottom line, when it comes to Kovacs:

1. Horrendous as a bodybuilder.
2. An absolute and invincible titan, when it comes to size and strengh(once again, he'll have to find rivals in the ape world-even though he'll be the weakling, among them).

nothing said about kovacs has ever been documented or even seen by anyone.

675 for reps on incline presses?  sure, even though the raw record on a flat bench is 755 and those guys train for strength AND you bench suits. kovacs does almost as much, with no shirt, and on an incline bench (yeah, and just like how shawn ever deserved to beat dorian).

everthing written about him, has never been proven.  he's had chances to prove it.   like when ed coan challenged him, despite weighing well under 100 lbs. less than kovacs.  he even offered to pay greg's expenses.  kovacs still declined.

sure, he's huge and strong, but dont say he's the strongest ever based on muscletech/muslce mag international claims that he is the strongest ever when guys like coan, frank, and anderson have proved and documented their strength.

Dude, I've seen Kovacs in person and he truly is 400+ lbs, with 27' arms. Magnus Ver Magnusson, the former World's Strongest Man, has said that he's never met anyone as strong as Kovacs. 'Nuff said...
