I will say this I am very very lucky to have never contracted anything in my life. I have had a lot of sex, with a lot of woman, in a lot of countries. Couldn't even fathom what that number is.  Used protection "most" of the time but definitely not all the time. My uncle has had HIV for over 35 years. He's as healthy as can be and takes his cocktail everyday. I would have thought he would have acquired AIDS years ago, but so far he's been very blessed. Diet, exercise and a strong attitude will get you through.
