i like keto idea.  i only did it once, ,ten years back, and i got ripped as shit in only a few days.  any danger in doing it when getting older?  i'm 37 and very careful with anything heart-related.

When I do the keto thing and drop out it always takes me at least 3 days for it to start up again, I start having heart palpation's after a couple days, I can deal with it during the day but at night trying to go to sleep it makes me unnerved.
