today in gym,i observed the following.
1 guy doing 315 on incline bench for some forced quick reps,slightly spotted.
1 guy doing decline bench with 200 for solid slow full rom reps.
1 guy doing 130lbs(1 plate a side) on flat bench on extremly slow execution,perfect reps.
guess the particular chest development order.
Yeah, plus he's just a hater anyway, it's always funny to watch guys like him post the same shit over and over trying to get a reaction from members.
It makes me laugh.
he will never get anywhere, never ever.lacks uhm, everything.
if i talk shit, its always jokes, and i paid the dues ,is not bragging when you can back things up.
i agree the talking should b ereserved for later on.
