Its true.  It really is useless.  I started slowing down the form, really squeezing, slow and controlled and its like I am new to working out all over again.  Hoisting and lifting really gets you nowhere.  It might sound cool to say, "I can do X amount of weight X amount of times", but nobody really cares.

Lifting and hoisting weights is simple, feeling the contraction and going slow is way more difficult, not to mention beneficial.

This is a great post and I completely relate. 

Ego training is a thing of the past for me.  I've cut my poundages down by a 1/3  to a 1/2 and increased my reps 50%-150%.  Yes, occassionally I'll still test my limits and my strength is still there.

Yup,you won`t lose all that much power once you switch over to training "correctly" !  ;)

I also can relate... ive made the best gains since ive switched from just trying to move the heaviest weight I can to shortening my ROM just shy of lockout, keeping constant tension on the muscle, 'pumping' more, focusing on feeling the muscle work.

it results in brutal pumps and imho much better growth... I also dont get the tendon and joint aches I used ti when I was just slinging the heaviest weight I could handle.

it depends on your goals. If you want to look like a BB, it doesn't do shit. However, if you want to be a powerlifter, then you need to push heavy weights.

When I was a teenager I was so influenced by Arthur Jones, Mentzer and Viator. I was such a believer that I always trained heavy with low sets. It seemed everyone around me was a volume trainer using in general moderate weights. I made good gains and I trained that way for so many decades. Sometimes I wonder if I would have made better gains if I would have used moderate weights and go for the endurance burn. Now I'm way past the top bell curve of my athletic ability I wish I would have done that earlier to find out.

ok.ill write it down:

this guy and his girlfrend.both can be described as skinnyfat, shes very skinny with just the perfect amount of fat in all the wrongest places.

he is a skinyfat with kinda thick calves, very little muscle, and 20% fat, most of that on the belly, its jumped up and down under his skin tight armour tshirt.

he deliberately grew a beard, very long, im 100% ure this is copying his crossfit hero, you know,imitating one well known cfitter.

so, he does haha swuats with olympic bar and a brutal 10kg plate each sid(10kg is 22lbs for our american frendos).
does shitty form reps and then lets the bar fall down behind his neck and shoulders,the noise it makes is like the squatrack fell down.

he makes that pumped up stare after every set and pretends extreme sxhaustion,the faggeet, and the bends down and jumps in the air,and upon landing he lets himself fall down for a pushup, sweats like a moron, but not bc his effort, but beacuse of his retarded clothing.

you know those knee high socks which are used by females in the porn niche "loilta" gilr?tht what hed wear, you know, like soccer player.or like old ppl in hospital.pathetic.esp on his physique haha.

his gf was playing the "coach" role "one more rep comon", but being totaly unmotivated.

i was next by on cardio machine and lifted the tshirt to make away the sweat from my swuqre jawed face and expose my chiseled abs for a brief second,she catches that with her eyes,i see her jaw dropping for a second before she manages to put on serious face again.

its all good, with that 1 second i sure have destroyed her deluisons that her bf will ever look like that.

also last legs day, was another couple there where we "shared" the quad curls machine, she was impressed by the strenght but much more by the arms, the veins popping out.

ofc i didnt use much weight as far legs go, but while holding the handles at the sides i discreetly flexed every muscle in upper body and held breath a little bit, gives epic vascualrity :D

from there the girl trawled the gym like someone who lost their pocket in a huge crowd, always looking around for the pocket(methaphoricaly me in this case)

sadly, in this society of fattos, this doesnt come as suprise, women spot tom pklatesque size on legs, and it goes down to the cankles like one piece pillar :-X

Here are my thoughts:

Chaos likes to lift heavy and train strongman type. I can relate. When I was fresh off the boat in US, cca '97, I fell in love with that stuff. I red Milo and trained with makeshift stuff in the garage, eat a lot and lift big things. I loved it. I also had a period around 2005-2006 when I trained as heavy as I could (Mike Wolfe helped me with diet tips and a bench program), ate as much as I could and took 750mg sustanon for 4 months and got up to 235 lbs. I really enjoyed it. It stoped abruptly because of kidney sand passing and I piped down the crazy eating. My daily diet was 8 whole egg omelet with half a loaf of bread and 2 apples, meals 2 and 3 were a full loaf of bread as a sandwich with 15 oz of chicken ... snacks were pizza slices and a soda and my midnite meal and the last was a pint and a half of icecream and 15 eggwhites. After 3 months of this I literally could not force-eat anymore.

But when it comes to what we admire, bodybuilding is the name of the game. Little, moderate or a lot of muscle with as little body fat as possible, evenly distributed on the frame. I learned through many mistakes and decided that to isolate and stimulate the muscles, you need moderate weights and a high volume. The diet has to be clean but not excessive and the hormones in the desired quantities according to how big one wants to get. Natural bodybuilding? No such thing. I proved what can be done without drugs despite the hordes of liars and desilusionites over the years both here and real life. You look fit but not like a bodybuilder.

To sum it up, Apenis is a liar, troll and pretender.  ;D
