You think you're getting any cardio benefit from walking 15 min?
No cardio benefit, IMO.
I've learned (through trial and error) that a little walking stops knee pain when I'm putting on muscle.
Body fat is okay-ish, not competing, or on a diet. I'm more on the lifestyle side of things with working out 5x/week, being reasonable with food, and taking care of myself.
No more crazy deadlifts or squatting until exhaustion. And let's face it... my legs never looked great, anyways.
