Still struggling on the incline.got to the top of the hill this time but still ran out of gas and walked as bit >:(

Interesting point on the running technique, I hadn't considered that.

Sunday was a 13 mile run with 1,900 feet of climbing at 8 mins per mile pace. Thanks google  ;D

Back into summer training for fall marathons humidity sucks but got 15 mile airline trail training run in the am

Sadly marine Corp marathon was a flop last year but I finished the heat was a killer

This year doing my first world major marathon in Chicago then two weeks after that going back to marine Coro marathon after that I don't believe I'll be going any more full marathons

Did 3, 20 cal sprints.

Went to the Yankee game last night.stood in line for 20 min to get a $12.00 beer and snacks.
Woman who took my order was overworked with the crowd but still was nice to everyone and had a smile so I gave her a $5 tip.
Walked to my seat and proceeded to spill my beer and my girls drink :-\


...went back to the same lady and she refilled them for no charge..I guess karma does work sometimes.
