Ive always been stammered by the quantity of meat intake some guys claim. I know a local guy who's paying a popular so. cal guru for help. Has him on 430 or so grams of protein a day. Mostly from egg whites and lean meats. Also about 450g carbs, but only (and this is the amazing part) only 50 or so grams of fats a day because he wants him down in BF... ouch. So all white meat, no added condiments, no nuts, seeds, oils, red meat, etc. Sounds painful. And this is only about 4,000kcal for a 250lb ~13-15% bf guy.
Yes, hes taking stuff, and some of it, by nature, makes you ravenously hungry, helping in the consumption of all this awesome, plain, fat free fucking food.
