Not enough my royal friend. What do you think the benefits are from upping your water intake on rising?
The other day I drank about a quart of water as soon as I woke up.I noticed that I felt stronger. And more energetic.
The first thing I do when I wake up each morning is fart for 6 seconds.Then I feel up the wife.Then I heft out a turd longer than Gandalf's staff.
A few Pepsi Maxs and then I fill a 64 oz orange juice bottle up with water. Usually fill it up twice in a few hours. Then I drink another when I workout, then fill up a fourth time and finish that by the end of the day. In addition to that, I usually have 6-12 Pepsi Maxs a day.
