Download the "MyFitnessPal" app and calculate your food you stupid cunnt.

200-250 protein = 800-1,000 cal
400 carbs = 1,600 cal
<80 fat = 720 cal

3,200 cal roughly. Eat this until you stop gaining. Then eat 3,400 and repeat...Do not jump into 4,500 cals a day, you will gain fat guaranteed.

Example:

10am (preworkout):
1 scoop whey
1/2 blueberry bagel
1tbsp strawberry jam
1/2 extra ripe banana
300 cal

12pm (postworkout):
1 scoop whey
1/2 blueberry bagel
1tbsp jam
1/2 extra ripe banana
300 cal

1:30pm:
8 oz chicken
2 corn bread muffins
560 cals

4pm:
8oz chicken
saffron yellow rice pilaf
2tbsp sweet baby rays bbq sauce
664 cals

8pm:
8oz chicken
9oz baked fries
2tbsp sweet baby rays bbq sauce
630 cals

12am:
8oz roast beef
9oz sweet potato fries
780 cals

Fat: 64g
Carb: 379g / 25g fiber <- might want to add fiber sup to this day for 40g total fiber
Protein: 245g
3,250 calories.

All done on MY "MyFitnessPal" app in less than 5 minutes....It's really only 4 real meals, the pre and post workouts will just feel like snacks and you will be hungry almost immediately after eating both of them, but they are sugary/fast for workout performance/recovery...

250g rice, 450g chicken, 2 heads of broccoli, seasoning
2 tbsp peanut butter

Unless I am trying to either gain or lose weight then yes same macros everyday... that is how this whole bodybuilding/power lifting thing works..

I eat a huge variety of foods. But whatever they are, when combined, they currently fit this:

80 fat
400 carbs
250 protein

250 test
20 mg dbol pre workout

Keeps me at a vascular 220...

Nah man I'm with oldschool on this one. The pros don't need as much food as they eat to be so big. A lot of them take advantage of the fact that their metabolisms are so high to overeat in order to avoid feeling hungry. These guys have bigger appetites than their muscles need to be that size.

Consider when they're leaning down for a show, they still eat more than the average person, and yet they're still hungry. They don't get very fat off-season because they bodies are calorie furnaces. If they were natural, they'd be morbidly obese. The drugs matter so much in the equation.

In order to maintain that size, he needs both, not only because of his muscle mass, but also because of his cycles.
You won't fully benefit from a serious cycle when you don't up your calories.

You are one of the dumbfucks that have being bewitched by broscience, I will admit I used to be under the spell and stuff myself with food 6 times per day, but since i start to eat only 3 good size meals I look better and have more time to other stuff then eating.
