Hahaha! That's the BAST I like to see...mofo cracks a BlockHead up!

LiLPoppaPete...I feel ya on that one let me tell you. That hit real REAL close to home.

I feel you on your point of view as well, Jen...know matter what happens us meathedz/fitnissgirlz/figure girlz gotta keep on rockin in the free world and rock on with our bad-selves!

'the other people' who dont and will never understand and look down upon or is jealous of or doesnt approve of MOTIVATE me to love this stuff twice as strong!

Last week...the wifes MOTHER(my in law) told me...'life is too short for all that BB stuff...) all because I came over to use her treadmill and she saw me pop a couple 'Dialed In' by Pride Nutrition...gave me a half ass lecture about how this and that is bad for me then she said it...'life is just too damn short for all that BB stuff you do...live a little...)

Know what? I had the best most productive cardio session that day and an awesome leg-workout the next day...those words coming from her...just totally motivated me to be MORE than who I am...it motivated me to love this game MORE! There is nothing, to me, worse in life than being ordinary. Holla!

 Yea see I like 'LilPoppaPete'...he hears a BlockHead...yaknowatI'msayin???

BB/Fit/Fig is a selfish sport/lifestyle. I made no secret of that. It doesnt mean we are bad people who are doomed to a life of being lonely. It means that it just takes a certain type of person to be compatible with us...bottom line.

Still...I do love this lifestyle and the people I've met through it. I love it so much. We're not doing anything wrong...just doing our thing. Thats it...just doing our thing.

Hey all, gb I have no idea what you meant by that...

Anyway-I got my suits yesterday and have a few new pictures.  My suits are not stoned yet, I am sending them back today so she can finish them.  FYI-I have started water loading and upped my sodium so I know I am a little thick.

Oh and I am nervous that the bottoms are too small in the front...what are your opinions.  Hopefully I will be much tigher next week and more importantly for Jr's but they are small....

Plus I still have to work on that back pose, I can't get my arms in without messing up my lats :-[

The suits look great. My first car was a '68 Mustang of that same color. Awesome.

Physically, you look great, too. I'm both impressed and aroused.

You definitely look better in that back pose. Although, I think you still could be lengthening your spine more. Try pushing down from your heels and think about lengthening all the way through the top of your head.

I see this girl on a regular basis so sometimes its hard for a BlockHead to tell if shes making improvements but I have to say...her back is way more detailed and her poses look stronger and standout-ish...

Very impressive...you'll be hard to beat.

Quit it with the 'I'm aroused' ThinLizzy...seriously nobody cares...cant frickin stand lipstick le-bians...I seriously cant...just tell her she looks great and give constructive criticism.

 Yo! I have your Advair...holla!

BlockHead,

Who you playin guy.  That is what you like to be called right?  If your old lady didn't have you on house arrest, you be up in the Beast's ass.  That's the reason why I backed off.  I figured all the jerkin off you do at FFO on the forums over her might cause jealousy.  Cause all you do is ask me when and if i talk to her, live though yourself, not me.  Holla..  p.s.   I am returning to the iron game, yes it's true.  But not pre-madonna bodybuilding.  I am talking real lifting, you know for men:  POWERLIFTING  where only the STRONG survive keep pumping those dumbells.  I'll be lifing quater ton plus lifts all day long while you look at what you call a physique.  Keep dreaming, remember I can do it all; a truely gifted athlete.  Holla guy!!!!!!!!!!!!    just playing :)

Thin Lizzy, he is just trying to mess with you-he actually told me last week that your name was a band.  I was saying how much I appreciated your help and was wondering if you competed (refering to you as a woman) he then corrected me and said it was a band.  He just wants to start stuff because he thinks it is funny. ::)

Anyway, thanks for the comments.  I actually spoke with my the woman doing my suits (I sent her pics) and I spoke about the small issues I had with the bottom of the two piece and I that I thought both suits were too wide at the top of my butt and didn't do it justice.  She, surprisingly, completely agreed, plus had a few other adjustments-she didn't realize how much bigger I had gotten since last year and she is having them remade.  I thinks she wants them to be as perfect as I do which I really appreciate.  Right now they are ok but a suit can make or break a place and I will take all the help I can get:)

Thanks again for all your help, I've really tried to keep your comments in my mind when I am posing.

You look great, when you drop the water.....I wish I could be there to see it, you are gonna look fantastic.

It looks like you need to drop the level of your shoulders in that back pose, your traps are bunching up. Keep your lats flared and bring your shoulders down, this will smooth the contour of your traps. Watch yourself in the mirror from the front and you will see your trap line flow out.

Great job!!

You look fantastic, you're hard work is really showing off - be very proud!  In all honesty, I think you look your best in the pictures you've posted before when you weren't dieted down!

you look great Beast, How will you celibrate after your win?

Thanks for the positive outlook:)  Regardless of if I win or not I won't be doing much celebrating after my show, I have another one in two weeks so I will be able to cheat that night and I am going out for Mexican food the next day with my mom for Mother's day...then I'll be back on track for May 27.

Thanks for all the comments and feedback.  I defnitely need to relax those traps!  They look out of control, I have been practicing that as well as lengthening my back.  I'm nervous my back will be too detailed and big once I drop my water but only time will tell.

Also the girl making my suits is remaking them!  She saw the pictures and didn't think the bottoms looked right on my butt, near the top they should be taken in.  Plus I am not wearing them exactly right.  She wants them to be perfect which I am very happy about.  She hadn't realized I really did put on about 8 pounds of muscle since last year and was going off pictures from last season.  I should get then Friday...so I am keeping my fingers crossed!

cshep- I wish I could do well in shows without dieting down!  Thanks for thinking I still look good when I think otherwise :)

2 days to go!!!

Well, I won't be wearing my new suits (they were either going to be rushed to me or I could have her upgrade them with more rhinestones at no extra cost so I choose the later).  I'm actually kindof excited about wearing my old suits as it will be easies to see the improvements from last year.

Thanks everyone for all the support and help-I will let you all know how it goes :D

gotta be honest here i just saw the pics and i expected to see a girl with a lot more muscle, for a girl who calls herself the "Beast" you don't carry a whole lot of muscle, if you're natural than that explains it, you are cute though.

 SARCASM in the hizzzouuusssee!!!!

She is natural. She's doing a 'Natural' show this weekend in Peoria, Illinois basically as a 'prepper' before she does the Illinois State(NPC) in two weeks and Jr. Naturals in June.

Good to have you here, John! See you at the Gateway the 27th.

Thank you everyone for your comments and emails!  It is nice that you are all so supportive.

I had a good weekend and the show went well.  I was in teh medium class, which I won but I didn't win the overall.  The head judge spoke with me later to tell they couldn't decide if I was a figure competitor or bodybuilder and although the decision was hard they thought I was too lean and too developed so I didn't win the overall.  At first I was upset but after we spoke I understood that I didn't meet their criteria and took it as a compliment.  Going into this show I thought this may happen and it gives me more hope that I will meet the criteria for NPC shows.  I did get a lot of practice with my posing and know that I still need to work on it.

Unfortunately the pictures aren't the greatest and if I get any better ones I will post them.

Oh and I thought my conditioning and prep was pretty good.  I felt pretty full though still a little bloated like I did last year going on stage.  I'm not sure if that is from all the carbs or what.  I definielty felt my prep was better this year.  My color was MUCH improved as someone knew how to use dream tan and it made me appear quite a bit darker then in previous years and not greenish.
