Wine
Gets you drunk faster
More sugar
Some iron
Phytonutrients

Beer
Tiny bit of protein
Cheaper
Gluten

What to add to the lists?

Since red wine has more color, does this mean it has a greater concentration of phytonutrients than white? Or is that a bad assumption

Most phytonutrient rich foods have a dark color. I don't know if this is coincidence or not.

GENERALLY, the darker the color of a food the better it will be for you. Now there are exceptions, such as white cabbage & cauliflower, but it's a good rule of thumb

Not sure but every time I drink a lot of wine my stomach is on fire. I do prefer the taste and being able to get fucked up easier on wine, however
