It really simple .. a guy busts his ass his whole life at a sport and someone like me or him take it up and in a few short months bests his best shape with ease going to another level. Like a symbolic way to asses your superiority over someone. Like bringing a pure bred to a donkey race. That sort of thing..

I'm guessing any aerobic training that stimulates legs is leg day at this point.. I'd think. Yesterday I bicycled 2 hours and my legs felt fucked up after because I pushed it.. i wouldn't consider it a 'legg day' but still.
