What body weight did you get down to?
I was bouncing around between 149-151

How much cardio were you doing per day and for how long? Did you take anything for energy?
am 45 slower pace moderate cardio ..25-30post workout HIT swimming..nothing for energy just coffee. .no ECA
Every try to get into acting? I could see you as a b-movie action star.

So you kept the omega3 fats till the end? Cheat days? How often and what did they consist of? You managed a great shape. Could've burned all the fat

I feel less tired in the morning on keto. Makes it much easier to sleep less and wake up earlier.

The diet was the same the whole 10 weeks of prep..except the last three days..thats when I began my carb up which was very moderate like 200g thurs and friday from oats, sweet potato, and white rice..throughout the prep I had 3 cheat meals in the whole 10 weeks and honestly u didn't want them..but I just listened to everything my coach told me to do.

I slept like 6-7 hours a night, also a nap in the late afternoon from like 5pm to 6pm..I was weight training at night around 8:30pm

Sev the last three days the fats were lowered ..protein mainly from chicken and turkey

This is what I have a problem with, ripped or not a grown man should not weigh 150 pounds that is a fucking woman, you look anorexic in regular clothes.

Don't forget he's not that tall, so it's ok since he's in low digit bodfat-lvls constantly and all the time.

Although i've never been at his weight for 30 years or so.

I have big vacation periods which allow me to train all out..this vacation I had 8 weeks to just eat, sleep, train...prep every meal..relax..nap if I want ..train when I want just like a pro.

And again guys thanks for the feedback..this site is the truth..for decorated members here to be giving me props is great!
