So what's happening now?  Is his body rejecting the drugs he is putting in now?  If he was using a certain protocol lets say 5 years ago and the same one for this show is it giving a different look merely because its 5 years later and his body is tired of creating the anabolic response is needs to give a certain look?  I'm just trying to understand why he looks like he has early stages of palumboism?  I feel bad for the guy but he looks like something is really wrong with his body.

There are a plethora of things that could have went wrong during prep that caused this (not peaking at the right time, bad reaction to carb load, diuretic not setting properly etc.) No one but him or his prep coach will be able to give a definitive answer.

That being said, these are a bad set of pics and he looked better in others. He has his work cut out for him to get back to his best, but i wouldn't stick a fork in him yet.

I never said I prepped any pro's but I'm very knowledgeable in how their prep works. Max Charles being 1 of them who competed in this show because I'm tight with his new guidance John Casalena. I know his whole protocol, diet and training
