LMFAO!

He's pretty dark complexed.  I'd suggest closing the store, getting a jerry curl, changing his name and reopening his store with a sign that says under new management.

He called it in, IMMEDIATELY after the struggle at the car.

His radio "malfunctioned"?   I dunno, I just tend to not believe him on this.

???

Michael Brown Shooting: Darren Wilson Radio Call Segment Missing

A call for backup that a police officer claims to have made seconds before he killed Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, reportedly cannot be found in police recordings. The officer blames the problem on his radio.

Darren Wilson has told investigators he radioed “shots fired, send all cars” after a struggle at his SUV with Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old, following the officer’s stop of Brown and a friend for jaywalking in Ferguson on 9 August, according to the St Louis Post-Dispatch.

Yet a set of recordings released to the newspaper by police did not include the call. Wilson is reported to have stated that “during the struggle his radio had been jarred and the channel changed”, meaning it was not broadcast to his fellow officers in the St Louis suburb.

“At least one channel on the Ferguson police radio is ‘receive-only,’ meaning that the call may not have been broadcast,” the newspaper said in its report on Friday evening. Wilson shot Brown repeatedly soon after allegedly making the request for assistance.

Saying a gun shot came from an "indeterminate" angle neither supports nor discredits any witness testimony.  Because it was from an "indeterminate" angle it is... by definition...indicative of nothing.  If that's the best you can do to cast doubt on the notion that all the shots came from the front, you're essentially agreeing with the grand jury that no charges were warranted.

You'll have to find another reason to discredit the eyewitnesses other than the autopsy.

It also would explain the blood found 20 feet beyond the point Mike stopped and turned around.

The witnesses discredited themselves.  I take it you didn't read the report or listen to the press conference

Isn`t it just ridiculous at this point?

Mr. Turbo, rather than admit he was wrong the whole time, is looking for anything to grasp onto in desperation.

Its pathetic really and makes you wonder how people like that even survive on a day to day basis if they are immune to facts and evidence.  They would rather surrender to the wildest of conspiracy theories of faith and look like complete morons rather than say, "you know what, I was wrong and the evidence proves it".

He has a lot in common with religious morons and science deniers.

wow I just watched the press conference again.

Mccullough says several witnesses were discredited because the autopsy indicated Mike didn't receive any shots to the back of his "body".

If the arm is included as part of the body then that statement is false.

OTHERS CLAIM THAT OFFICER WILSON SHOT MR. BROWN IN THE BACK AS MR. BROWN WAS RUNNING AWAY. HOWEVER, ONCE THE AUTOPSY FINDINGS WERE RELEASED SHOWING MICHAEL BROWN HAD NOT SUSTAINED ANY WOUNDS TO THE BACK OF HIS BODY, NO ADDITIONAL WITNESSES MADE SUCH A CLAIM. SEVERAL WITNESSES ADJUSTED THEIR STORIES IN THEIR SUBSEQUENT STATEMENTS.

Please somebody show me the autopsy that is consistent with this.

I believe that the radio channel dial was turned to a different channel during a struggle @ the car

So whatever was said... did not reach the intended destination (Wilson did not realize that the channel had been switched)

That's a quote from Mcculloch;

go to 2:40 and the pathologist describes how two shots could have come from behind.

Did the prosecutor misunderstand the autopsy?  :o

The person Mr. Turbo is referencing as proof has a checkered background.  He assisted Dr. Biden, meaning he handed him the tools he asked for, but he does not have a medical degree. It's amazing how much information he's missed.  He might be worse than 240

This is the same information but what's new is that the prosecutor clearly misrepresented the autopsy findings

What you are dealing with is someone who has a mental issue at this point.
