Conditioning is there, but he has close to zero back thickness. I suggest barbell rows with static holds.

I've also seen most of the field use this stuff and one or two not use it. The ones not using it haven't looked as impressive, almost like the other guys have an unfair advantage. Especially from a distance it can look great.
When it came out people were raving about it.
