Just some fyi. He is not on 1600mgs a week and hasn't been for weeks, more like half that. I'm was never really concerned about what he was using before. He's still holding a decent amount of water from Sat in todays pics. Sev can post some pics on Fri. if he likes.

Not off base I just switched to some different compounds as the show got closer. As far as his diet goes there is nothing all that exciting. I'm just adjusting things to keep the progress going. He's not on any type of fat burners so just relying on diet for the fat loss.
