to b honest MOST of the really good bodybuilders ive been around in the gym over the last 30 yrs go 2 ways when stopping steroids, alot just quit training all together and some keep training but go for that stripper type of body, ripped up and smaller.they accept the fact they r NOT going to b what they where on the drugs and move on to either one of those i mentioned above. im talking guys that where 230 on stage ripped and 8 months later they r 180, but still ripped just lost alot of the size, not all but alot.the thought of quitting lifting is scary for me cause ive been doing it since i was 10yrs old and love the feeling i have during and especially AFTER a hard workout,u cant beat that feeling imo. like i said in my other post,i went 2 years afew times totally natural, not even creatine, nothing. ive looked my best in those times also, not nearly as big but nice n hard,i felt great also.the only thing that bothered me to b honest is watching my training poundages dwindle away fairly fast,im talking i was doing dumbell presses for chest with 150,s and have to go down to 75,s is hard mentally, but having no carbs in your body for 6 days straight can make a person weaker, add on the fact i went from 260 to 190 and thats what happens sometimes
