60 grams of protein is overkill in one meal, but the supplements are happy for you to do this cause that means more money in their pockets, if you want to get big then choose foods that are high in calories and I dont mean junk food, and if you want to get ripped then choose nutrient dense food that are low in calories, its that simple.
how much protein per meal is ideal?
does your body demand only 30grams? 40grams? how does your body know how many grams of protein 60 grams is? lol
when does it need it? does your body go 'fuck it's 2pm I need 30 grams of protein'. 'oh fuck it's 5pm I need 60 grams now'. or does it need to same number of grams of protein every time all spaced exactly x amount of hours apart. how does your body know it's 5pm or 7pm?
