Now there was a retard in this thread claiming that bown rice has no nutriton value not sure if such stupid statements is worth responding to but here goes, white rice is a process grain the other layers has most of the nutrition and fiber when this is removed you lose a lot of the fiber and nutrition value.
So maybe what the retard was trying to say is white rice has no nutritional value which is not even true it just has less, if you are a bodybuilder trying to build muscle remember to eat the most nutrient dense food possible so brown rice is a good choice.
