So, there is a right way and a wrong way to take a Selfie? So, now we have gotten to the point in our society that we have now created a  hierarchy of  "Selfie" styles?

Phil is an exact reflection of this new generation of BBing fan.   This behavior receives overwhelming support online, and in his bubble, it's great to have this kind of style/behavior.  

It's the same base of supporters that worship DLB.  Sign of the times in which we live.  A Mr O with a man-purse taking selfies with #hashtagHaters in 1985 would have been laughed at.  Today, he's adored by young fans that do the same thing.

I'm not on super treatment of adderal claiming to be the smartest man in the world.

That would be  a massive lie, without question.

Phil is one of the smallest guys in BBing history, and would likely be smaller than 80 percent of most getbiggers.

If I am correct, last year Phil Heath weighed about as much as Ronnie Coleman when he first won the Mr. O. So, that would put Phil Heath today as 250-255. And when he first started out, back in 2006, he was beating seasoned pros like Darrem Charles, Dennis James, and David Henry, at roughly 225.

Back when he was playing ball in college, he had a good pair of arms, probably even better than some causal trainers on here.
Would he do well in the last great era of bodybuilding? That is anybody's guess.

Thats all insulin GH built weight in his stomach and legs. Arnolds 250 looked 2X bigger

Seriously it's not about weight, if it were I would be the heaviest man to ever walk the IFBB stage.

This response from parker was in my response to calling him small, he totally glossed over the fact I was talking about his order body structure.

I could care less of how heavy someone is. But you must be able to give the illusion of size, regardless of how much insulin bloof you induce.
