Author Topic: Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise? (Read 20447 times)

Hard to say which one is the better actor since acting is hardly much of a talent to begin with.

Cruise though has probably acted in the better movies overall. Born on the 4th of July was excellent.
I can't think of any film outside of that one which I thought was anything special for either actor. Se7en perhaps.

Both extremely overrated, but Cruise is the better actor, more consistent, much better movies overall... Pitt has few very good movies, Seven, The Snatch, Fight Club, Inglorious Basterds, Interview With The Vampire (masterpiece, both are there and Lestat rules), but he plays basically always the same character in every movie, the smart, good-looking, witty, "invincible" guy, except maybe Seven...

that's not even a question. Tom Cruise all the way. Cruise Production is making him 3 times richer. the last mission impossible was a cash cow for Tom. Rumors has it that the next mission supposed to come out in 2016........even if Tom's movies doesn't do well in the US, they always do well overseas

cause they don't know what they're talking about. Tom Cruise doesn't need to act anymore to make money.....Cruise Production is hot on the block these days....Tom Cruise audience is Global, especially in Japan, his movies always do good there, "the last Samurai" was a great movie
