Put up with the current routine, don't change ANYTHING as long as the gains continue. Go to a 2 or 3 day split, training each muscle twice weekly after the gains taper off.On the off days, find other things to do-read, learn new things, etc.
yea, but its like im torn between my love of workout and the love of bbing. i know that recovery is the best thing besides eating to grow. but every off day, i fight with myself. with wantin to workout... if you guys think that i should stay they i'll do that. one of the things i would hate is to lose my gains
