I've come to accept that it will never look the same {no matter what my doc says } but most people would never notice the difference.
lol, it's only us life long gym knucklehead's that will notice
strength is not all the way back but somewhere around 75-80%. people I've talked to who've had the surgery said it takes a year for it to be 100%.
sometimes when I'm stupid and I push it I'll start to feel a tightness and a little pain I never felt before surgery and that's a quick reminder to slow it down.
