Samir Bannout said that about a month out he was training with Arnold and said Arnold looked incredible.  He said Arnold had some kind of shoulder pain and took a cortisone shot. This created a hormone imbalance and caused Arnold to hold onto water and lose size.

During the pre-judging you can tell Arnold held water. He was even sweating it off under the lights and toweled off. Legs weren’t getting the cuts and lower back had water. Once evening show started he was ripped.
