If Jason Genova ever trained with a real professional trainer such as PJ Braun or similar, he could go places for sure.

He just needs that extra push from a caliber pro.

This video has me mystified.  Why are people tolerating this dude?  Is it like a "feel sorry for the retarded kid" thing?

Shit genetics.  Even with a perfect diet and gear usage this kid would look like shit. Actually the best he could hope for, his ceiling, with hard work and hormone use, is to eventually get to place where he looks like shit.  Let it go.

You need to feel the muscle you are training all the time.

Excellent question.

Also, do you focus on "ripping the bar in half" when you "row" the bar down to your chest on the barbell bench press? If not, you haven't yet achieved the proper mind/muscle connection.
